Shipping policy
Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 9AM to 5PM EST, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays. Orders typically ship in 3-5 business days. This does not include weekends or the time spent in transit (additional 3-7 business days). Please check your tracking information sent to you before contacting our customer service members.

Due to COVID-19, please expect some delays in shipping times.
During new releases, holidays, etc. there can be an additional 3-5 business days of processing time.
Transit times will vary based upon a few different conditions, including but not limited to:
- Total distance between our warehouse and your location
Domestic Shipping
- USPS or UPS
Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. Our customer service agents only have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number.
Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided. Nothing to Wear is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this occurs you have the option of filing a claim through USPS or with your local police department.
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates will vary depending on Domestic vs International shipments. U.S. orders over $75 qualify for free shipping.
We are not responsible for any fees, duties, or taxes required by customs. All shipping fees we require will be clearly shown to you alongside the service and estimated transit time upon checkout.
